Mr. Brown co-founded Catalyst in 2008 with a vision of creating a more efficient, user-friendly resource for background screening. Based in West Tennessee, Jeff handles day-to-day operations, vendor relations, and AP/AR. A University of Memphis graduate, Jeff is also an experienced, licensed Private Investigator (PI).
